Position: Business Monitoring & Competitive Advantage (BMCA) Coordinator- Contract Management

Position Purpose

The BMCA Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement of Patient Access Programs and strategic initiatives across Axios operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and competitiveness of business monitoring functions, with a focus on data analysis, compliance oversight, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

This position bridges operational functions with strategic execution, providing actionable insights that enhance decision-making, ensure program alignment with business goals, and uphold Axios' standards of excellence. It also supports the identification of trends, risks, and opportunities that influence patient outcomes and market positioning. The ultimate purpose of this role is to expand access strategies among the globe to maximize patient medical perks.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the contract lifecycle administration,



including tracking of new contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Maintain contract obligation trackers covering operational, reporting, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate internal contract reviews with Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to collect inputs and consolidate feedback.
- Support preparation of contract summaries and obligation handover documents for operational teams.
- Track contract approval status and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure contract documentation is stored in accordance with document control standards and is audit-ready at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., hospitals, pharmacies, distributors) to ensure effective delivery of patient support services.
