About the Role

As a Marketing Intern, you will work with our team to build awareness,
generate demand, and strengthen the brand of our Agentic AI and HR technology
product. This is a hands-on, execution-plus-strategy role that involves market
and competitor research, content creation, campaign support, and analyzing
what's working across channels.

This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy creativity backed by data,
storytelling, and structured experimentation, and want exposure to B2B
marketing / demand generation / product marketing in the HR-tech space.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to sharpen positioning
and messaging.
* Create content across formats: LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, email
copy, and sales collateral (with guidance from the team).
* Support demand generation campaigns: email sequences, webinars, and social
media calendars.
* Assist in website and landing page improvements:



copy inputs, SEO basics,
and CTA experiments.
* Analyze campaign performance: track metrics, prepare easy dashboards, and
share insights.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Sales/Product/Design) to align messaging
and close loops on campaign needs.
* Maintain marketing hygiene: content calendars, asset libraries, and
campaign trackers.
