Mandatory Requirement:

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to GIFT City regulations and implement compliance across fund and manager entities
- Maintain 100% regulatory compliance
- Represent the fund with regulators and investors effectively
- Engage with policymakers and contribute to regulatory initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation for all GIFT City activities
- Coordinate with trustees, custodians, bankers, and regulators
- Manage investor onboarding and ensure KYC/AML compliance under PMLA
- Structure and optimize funds as per global best practices
- Oversee investment operation and support investment decisions through performance tracking and risk analysis
- Build and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders
- Handle investor reporting, fund updates, and presentations
- Support fundraising and client onboarding initiatives
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BFSI
- Leadership experience in a regulated workplace preferred
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investments, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking and decision-making ability
