Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to highlight new collections and offers.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience engagement to optimize performance.

Customer Engagement & Query Handling
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via social media and WhatsApp.
- Offer styling suggestions, detailed product knowledge, and after-sales support.
- Maintain a polite and friendly brand tone across all interactions.

Lead Generation & Sales Closure
- Identify potential buyers through social engagement and convert interactions into leads.
- Follow up with prospects, maintain relationships, and close sales online.
- Guide customers through payment, shipping, and post-purchase care.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media handling, online sales,



or customer service (jewelry or luxury retail industry preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasive writing skills.
- Proficiency in using Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of jewelry products (training will be provided).
- Proactive, customer-centric, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Instagram Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, or CRM platforms like Zoho.
- Basic skills in Canva, simple video editing, and visual content creation.
- Availability to work flexible hours during festive seasons and peak sales periods.
