We are seeking an experienced Zoho ERP Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Analytics.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for customization, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and overall system administration across the Zoho ecosystem to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho ERP Administration: Manage and maintain Zoho applications ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.

User & Role Management: Create and manage users, roles, and permissions; handle troubleshooting and access control.

Customization & Automation: Build workflows, blueprints, automation rules, and custom functions using Deluge scripting.

Integration Management: Implement and manage integrations using Zoho Flow and RESTful APIs for cross-platform connectivity.

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data integrity, perform data migration, and build custom dashboards, KPIs, and analytics reports in Zoho Analytics.

System Optimization:



Identify process improvements and implement automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Training & Documentation: Conduct user training and maintain process documentation.

Security & Maintenance: Apply system updates, patches, and ensure data security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Zoho ERP administration or implementation.

Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, Creator, Analytics, and Zoho One.

Proficient in Deluge scripting, APIs, Zoho Flow, and workflow automation.

Robust understanding of business processes (Sales, Finance, Projects, HR, Analytics).

Experience in data migration, dashboard creation, and reporting.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or related field.
