We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy UGC Content Creator with 1–3 years of experience to produce engaging, high-performing content across social media platforms. Someone with prior agency experience will be preferred, given the exposure to multiple brands and fast-paced execution. This role involves ideation and execution of content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences across multiple brands and niches.

Requirements:
- Ideate and create short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Execute content aligned with brand campaigns and marketing goals
- Shoot and deliver content with quick turnaround timelines
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, formats, and viral content styles
- Develop multiple content formats such as hooks, product demos, testimonials, and problem-solution videos
- Collaborate with performance marketing and brand teams to create ad creatives
- Work across multiple brands and categories, adapting tone and style accordingly




- Analyze content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in UGC or social media content creation
- Prior agency experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of short-form video content and platform trends
- Basic working knowledge of video editing tools – editing is not the core responsibility
- Good storytelling skills with robust understanding of hooks and retention
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
- Ability to handle content across different niches and brand tonality

Nice to Have:
- Experience creating content for D2C or consumer brands
- On-camera presence and confidence
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-driven creatives
