About the Role
As a Marketing Trainer at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in delivering academic excellence, mentoring students, and ensuring career readiness for IIDE’s flagship 11-month Postgraduate Program in Digital Marketing.
This role involves classroom training, student coaching, and performance tracking while ensuring strong placement outcomes and student success. You will drive learning outcomes, enhance student engagement,
and work with cross-functional teams to uphold high academic and career standards across postgraduate programs.
What You’ll Do
â Performance Marketing Training:
â Deliver in-depth, practical training sessions on:
- Google Ads
- Social Media Ads
- SEO
- Google Analytics
- Website Design & Development (WordPress-focused)
- E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Media Planning
â Ensure hands-on exposure to dashboards, tools, and real-world marketing scenarios.
â Adapt teaching methods to suit varying learning levels and batch dynamics.
â Student Coaching & Career Readiness:
â Coach students on placement preparation, career strategy, resume building, portfolio development, and mock interviews.
â Provide structured interview feedback and mentorship to build confidence.
â Support students in overcoming placement anxiety and performance challenges.
