Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the organization or project.
- Establish systems and protocols for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform program decision-making.
- Produce regular reports on program performance and progress toward objectives
- Work closely with program managers to develop and refine program indicators and targets.
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff and partners on monitoring and evaluation of best practices.
- Travel as needed for monitoring and evaluation purposes
- Actively think about equity and inclusion—across gender, place, and socioeconomic disparities

Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, in the education or makerspace sector




- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and systems.
- Robust quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
- Experience with data management and visualization tools
- Experience in designing and conducting program evaluations and other assessments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of donor regulations and reporting requirements.
- Spoken and written fluency in Kannada, Telugu, and/or Tamil
