Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years of qualified experience within the NGO or Non-Profit sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with the non-profit landscape and regulatory requirements in India.
