What will you do?
As a Technical Lead, you will guide the design, development, and delivery of up-to-date, scalable software systems with a strong focus on security and compliance. You will lead a team of engineers, participate in architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑performance products.
- Provide hands‑on leadership — contributing to design, development, code reviews,



optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Lead development of scalable, secure microservices using Java, Python, REST APIs, and supportive frameworks.
- Participate in architectural design sessions, define coding standards, and establish engineering best practices.
- Oversee integration between applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX, architects, data teams, and leadership to define requirements and align technical goals with business strategy.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and engineering estimates.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply innovations where beneficial.
