Role and Responsibilities:
- Interact and deal with clients in a qualified and courteous manner
- Have a fair understanding of 4 and 5-star hotels
- Provide accurate cost estimates and suggest suitable products
- Convince clients and assist in negotiation with hoteliers and suppliers
- Be proactive in handling inbound calls and provide quick responses
- Supervise and manage the team effectively (for Supervisor level)
- Act as an assistant manager and lead the team (for Assistant Manager level)
Candidate Qualifications:
- For Supervisor level: 3-5 years of relevant experience
- For Assistant Manager level: 5+ years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and costing
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proactive attitude and ability to handle high call volumes
- Leadership and team management skills (for Assistant Manager level)
