Job Purpose To manage and maintain project site inventory efficiently by ensuring timely receipt,

storage, issuance, and documentation of all construction materials, tools, and equipment as per company procedures and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, tools, and equipment against delivery challans, invoices, and purchase orders.

 Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels in ERP/MIS and physical registers.

 Issue materials as per approved Material Requisition (MR) and ensure proper documentation with signatures.

 Track material consumption and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports to

Site Management and Procurement.

 Ensure secure storage and proper stacking of materials to prevent damage,

pilferage, and deterioration.

 Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and procurement team for timely material delivery and pending supplies.





 Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.

 Maintain accountability of tools, plant & machinery issued to site workforce/contractors.

 Implement stock control techniques and highlight material shortage risks in advance.

 Ensure compliance with Emami Realty policies, safety guidelines, and audit requirements.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of construction materials and technical specifications

 Familiar with ERP / SAP / Store Management Systems (preferred)

 Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills

 Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email)

 Good communication and coordination skills

 Ability to work in high-pressure site environments
