Role and Responsibilities:

- Analyzing market data to determine the ideal clients for Executive Search and Staffing services

- Identify key decision makers, Make cold calls and follow-up by sending customised introduction of company and its offered services

- Facilitating virtual / personal meetings for Sales Team with the identified prospective client

- Facilitate customized business proposals

- Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity logs.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

- MBA - Marketing, preferably having atleast 1+ years of experience in sales

- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
