Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Claim Associate to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding their insurance claims and guiding them through the claim filing process. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients to understand their insurance claims and explaining the process
- Following up for and verifying insurance claim documents
- Assisting customers with the claim filing process and keeping the claim status updated
- Following up with third-party administrators (TPA) and insurers for smooth and timely claim settlement
- Tracking claims on the insurer's portal
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Fluency in Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Tulu
