Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Robust knowledge of Lab testing activities i.e Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical testing
2. Knowledge of National/ International standards in testing – ASTM, ASME, DIN, ISO, IS
3. Should have to perform testing & test report preparations
4. Planning of activities & Coordination with customer, 3rd party inspection agency and various deportments
5. Shall be convergent with documents like QAP, Manufacturing Procedure (MPP), Material Stamping & Testing (MSTP) , Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Heat Treatment Chart review, etc.
6. Sound knowledge of machining & Heat treatment activities
7. Experience in handling machine shop & Heat treatment activities (Furnace operation)
8. knowledge & Experience in handling calibration activities with external agencies.
