Role Overview
Visual Merchandising to enhance the visual appeal and customer experience across gaming zones, arcade machines, redemption counters, merchandise displays, and retail touchpoints. The role will be responsible for creating engaging visual presentations that drive footfall, customer engagement, and revenue while ensuring brand consistency across locations.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Develop and implement visual merchandising standards for gaming machines, redemption counters, merchandise displays, promotional zones, store front, and customer engagement areas.
- Design attractive layouts and display concepts to maximize visibility and customer interaction.
- Ensure all gaming and retail areas are visually appealing, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Regularly refresh displays, promotional setups,



and themed installations to maintain customer interest.

Planning & Execution
- Coordinate the execution of seasonal campaigns, festive décor, current game launches, promotional events, and in-store activations.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing,SCM, and Store Teams to ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising initiatives.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure VM standards are maintained across locations.

Customer Experience Enhancement
- Analyze customer movement patterns and engagement trends to optimize product and machine placement.
- Create visually compelling environments that encourage gameplay, merchandise purchases, and repeat visits.
- Recommend improvements in layouts, signage, and wayfinding to enhance the overall guest experience.

Performance Monitoring
- Evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives through customer engagement, sales performance, and operational feedback.
