Your role
- Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree in transport economics)
- Working experience (10 to 15 years) in Transport Appraisal software like TUBA, COBALT, AMAT, WITA and other bespoke spreadsheet assessments.
- Experience and knowledge of Transport Economic concepts and guidance.
- Knowledge of the technical transport planning environment.
- Strong numerate and analytical abilities, including a high degree of competence in MS Excel.
- Experience in programming skills like Python, PowerBI, Excel-VBA and R.
- Able to write a quality technical report.
- Ability to work in a team as part of a wider project.
- Valuable written communication skills.
- Be able to work individually.
- Be able to delegate the tasks.
