Overview
The Product Development (PD) Lead plays a crucial role in the organization, overseeing the end-to-end process of developing new products or improving existing ones. This individual is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation to ensure the successful launch of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Required Skills:
· Positive experience in all aspects of PnR
· Should have worked on advanced tech nodes
· Good experience in Innovus, ICC2, Primetime, and RedHawk tools
· Good knowledge in TCL/Perl/Python
· Able to handle blocks independently
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work well within a team and with other teams

Educational Qualifications:
· B.Tech/B.E is must

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the product development process from concept to launch
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., R&D;, Marketing, Manufacturing) to define product requirements
- Develop and implement product development plans,



including timelines and budgets
- Set and communicate clear goals and expectations to team members
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product development processes
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor and report on project progress, including risk assessment and mitigation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and make key decisions
- Contribute to the strategic planning for product portfolio expansion and enhancement
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the product development team
- Participate in product presentations and interactions with key customers and partners
- Evaluate and optimize product development methodologies and tools
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies
