Role & Responsibilities
- Configure and customize our digital products, including Contact Aptia Pensions, to meet client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Utilize low code platforms and tools to efficiently customize digital solutions,
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of configured solutions, including user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, providing detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement.
