Job Summary:

As a Physiotherapist – SPF in the Early
Intervention Program, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and scaling
quality rehabilitation services through partner organizations. You will mentor
field therapists, build capacities, monitor service quality, and work alongside
partner NGOs to ensure comprehensive, sustainable, and high-impact
interventions for Children with Special Needs (CwSN).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Rehabilitation through Partner Organizations

· Supervise, monitor, and evaluate
the early intervention (EI) therapy services delivered by partner
organizations.

· Guide partners to develop
goal-based rehabilitation plans and implement holistic therapy interventions.

· Support functional and
developmental outcomes for CwSN annually through partner networks.

2. Capacity Building of Partner Staff

· Conduct technical training and
workshops for physiotherapists, community rehabilitation workers, and other
partner staff.

· Build and strengthen the technical
competencies of partner organizations,



ensuring quality service delivery at the
community level.

· Facilitate knowledge-sharing
platforms among partners to promote cross-learning and adoption of best
practices.

3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance

· Perform scheduled monitoring
visits to partner organizations to assess therapy quality, outcomes, and
adherence to protocols.

· Provide feedback, mentorship, and
action plans to partner teams to improve service efficiency and impact.

· Develop monitoring tools,
scorecards, and easy evaluation formats for partner use.

4. Strategic Partnership Management

· Act as the key liaison between the
Early Intervention program team and partner organizations on all
therapy-related matters.

· Collaborate with program managers,
technical teams, and partner leadership for strategic planning,
problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

· Strengthen communication channels
between the program and partners
