Role Overview

We are looking for a highly disciplined and sincere Associate Data Analyst to support our ongoing analytics projects. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone who has recently completed a 3–6 month internship in data/analytics and is now ready for real-time project ownership under expert mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, or Superset
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and basic analysis using SQL and spreadsheets
- Execute ad-hoc queries on BigQuery, Azure SQL, and other data warehouses
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and project data logs
- Support the senior team in client deliverables and internal testing
- Work with utmost accountability and maintain transparent records of task status

Work Mode & Location
- Hybrid – 3 days Work From Office at HSR layout
- Remaining days remote/flexible depending on task flow

Interview Process
- Online Round – SQL and Data Aptitude (video monitored & recorded)




- Online Round – Practical SQL/Excel/Data Cleaning task
- Online Technical Round – SQL Basics, Visualization Reasoning, and Attitude Fit
- Offline Final Connect – HR & Founder Interaction

Requirements
- 3–6 months internship experience in data analytics, BI, or data science
- Strong knowledge of SQL basics and Excel/Sheets
- Exposure to at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- A work reference (supervisor/mentor from previous internship or project)
- Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a high level of discipline​
