SAP Trainer for ABAP, HCM & Success Factors
Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective classroom training sessions as a Certified Trainer
- Impart comprehensive knowledge on SAP ABAP workbench functionalities & tools, Dynpro and dialog programming modules to students
- Provide guidance on Monitoring and management of entire Human Resource operations like payroll, recruitment, Performance management and termination using SAP HCM
- Teach the basics of SAP Success Factor, Data Models, Employee Data, Position Management, Business Rules, Data Import/Export, Generic Objects, Configuring Workflows, Foundation Objects, and Managing System Security to students
- Design and develop training materials such as modules, manuals, and presentations
- Conduct student assessments and evaluate their progress




- Stay up-to-date with changing trends and technologies in SAP and incorporate them into training sessions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP Trainer with classroom training and a Certificate in training
- Expertise in SAP ABAP workbench functionalities & tools, Dynpro and dialog programming modules, SAP HCM, and SAP Success Factors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage student assessments and evaluate their progress
- Capability to design and develop training materials such as modules, manuals, and presentations using a variety of formats and tools
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies in SAP
