Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Civil or relevant trade preferred)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Foreman (Executive Level) to supervise and manage on-site construction activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge, team-handling skills, and hands-on experience in civil/finishing works for residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure smooth execution at the site.
- Supervise workforce, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity and discipline.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, and vendors for material and resource requirements.
- Maintain records of labor attendance, work progress, and material usage.




- Assist in resolving in office technical issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and promote safe work practices among labor teams.
- Conduct inspections and report daily progress to the Site Engineer/Project Manager. Job Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience as a Foreman in civil or finishing works.
- Strong understanding of construction activities, drawings, and work sequences.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or township projects preferred.
- Ability to supervise labor teams and maintain discipline on site.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
