Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management:
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring productive time management for the executive.
- Communication Management:
Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel Coordination:
Organizing domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Document Preparation:
Creating and editing reports, presentations, and other documents, often using Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant software.
- Meeting Management:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Project Support:
Assisting with the planning and execution of special projects or initiatives.
- Confidentiality:
Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising discretion in all interactions.
- Office Management:
Handling general administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing filing systems, and maintaining office organization.
