Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:

1. Review drawing of hardware in Workflow to identify errors with respect to standard practice and get it corrected before release.
2. Experience in reading and understanding of international / Indian standards and applying the learnings in creation of Ahead Bajaj Standard.
3. Review on need for current Part number requirement in hardware with existing parts already available.
4. Review on the requirement of new model Code for vehicle and create.
5. Review Export Model Request Form for deciding use of existing code (possibility of rationalization) or need for new code.
6.



Initiate proposals for rationalization and cost saving based on standardization.
7. Procurement / Uploading of standards, handbooks in portal. Update / maintain records and clear for payment.

Technical/ Functional:

- Basic understanding of Drawing / Standards.
- Diligence, Keen eye to detect deviations/ error possibilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / UG
- Follow systems, proactively initiate actions for improvement.
- Quick Response in case of urgency, with project plan in mind but not compromising on Quality.
