- Plant Operation:

- Monitor and control ETP/STP equipment including pumps, filters, aeration tanks, clarifiers, and other treatment processes.

- Adjust chemical dosages as needed to maintain optimal treatment parameters.

- Regularly check and record operational data like flow rates, pH levels, and contaminant levels.

- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, taking corrective actions to maintain treatment efficiency.

- Maintenance and Cleaning:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning filters, inspecting piping, and lubricating equipment.

- Conduct preventative maintenance checks to prevent equipment breakdowns.

- Perform minor repairs and report major issues to maintenance personnel.

- Clean and sanitize treatment tanks and other plant areas as required.

- Quality Control:

- Collect water samples at designated points and conduct laboratory tests to analyze effluent quality.

- Ensure treated wastewater meets environmental regulations and company standards.

- Document test results and maintain accurate records of treatment operations.
