- Strippers: Operating equipment designed to remove volatile organics from industrial effluents.
- Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE): Monitoring evaporation systems used to reduce high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) content and volume of effluents.
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants: Ensuring effective operation of membrane-based filtration systems for water recovery and recycling.
- Sewage Treatment Plants (STP): Treating and managing domestic wastewater generated within the facility.
2. Record Keeping and Log Maintenance:
Updating daily logbooks for each treatment unit, noting operating parameters like pH, flow rate, TSS, COD, etc.
- Maintaining Pollution Control Board (PCB) records as mandated by CPCB and TNPCB, including online data reporting.
- Assisting in the preparation of Monthly Environmental Monitoring Reports and audit documentation.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness in data recorded for inspections and audits by environmental authorities.
