Hiresquad Resources is actively seeking an EPBCS Principal Consultant / EPBCS Senior Consultant to join a leading MNC. If you possess a strong background in Oracle Cloud EPM, particularly PBCS/EPBCS, with expertise across multiple full-cycle implementations, and can join immediately or with a short notice period, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead one to four full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations.
- Gather comprehensive business requirements and create detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and customize various EPBCS modules, including Financials, Workforce, Capex, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.
- Develop robust Groovy scripts, business rules, and implement automation solutions using EPM Automate.
- Manage complex data integrations utilizing tools such as FDMEE, Data Management, or ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
- Conduct thorough system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide essential post-go-live user support.
- Build insightful reports using Excel, SmartView, and Essbase tools.
- Work independently while ensuring all solutions are clearly documented.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams to guarantee project success.
- Experience in public sector implementations will be considered a significant advantage.

Qualifications

- Relevant experience ranging from 4 to 10 years.




- Experience should comprise of exposure to at least 2-4 full project life cycles (Development projects).
- Solid experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, preferably PBCS/EPBCS.
- Extensive experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
- Experience in Groovy scripting.
- Experience in configuring out-of-the-box modules: Financials, Workforce, Capex, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.
- Implementing EPBCS at Public Sectors will be an added advantage.

Skills

- Specific knowledge of integration tools such as FDMEE, Data Management, or ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
- Experience with automation scripts such as EPM Automate.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and functional processes.
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Experience in a project team workplace using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, defining business processes, managing data conversions, and configuring system interfaces.
