Description: The business analyst is responsible for analyzing and modelling existing business processes. The goal of a business process analyst is to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement. A thorough understanding of the current state of the organization and product is necessary prior to recommending changes related to implementing a new business solution.
Education and Qualification
- MBBS or bachelor’s or Master's degree in Hospital Management
- Experience- 2 to 3 years
Requirements
Business analysts typically take the lead role in:
· Requirement Elicitation & analysis
· Assisting with the Use cases
· Coordinating with Development team
· Sprint Planning and monitoring
Responsibilities
· Able to Perform feasibility analysis, scope of the requirement, and works with the project management team to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities.
· Create a detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
· Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
· Partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.
· Should involvement in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
Technical Skills:
· Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
· Understanding of systems engineering concepts
· Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
· Business case development
· Modelling techniques and methods
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment in pursuit of broad goals and objectives.
· Knowledge of processes and methodologies used to support large complex business enterprise systems.
· Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex and diverse information, collect and research data, and design complex work flows and procedures.
· Advanced problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions and work well in group problem solving situations.
· Planning and organization/Project Management Skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects independently and tasks (determine relative importance of each; prioritize and plan work activities; set appropriate deadlines to complete activities accordingly); effectively manage time and resources; set and achieve goals and objectives.
· Experience in Inventory Management, Warehousing and supply chain management modules are mandatory.
