Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical history reviews and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of ENT disorders, including hearing loss, chronic sinusitis, sleep apnea, voice and swallowing disorders, and head and neck tumors.
- Perform minor and advanced surgical procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and tympanoplasty, as required.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging (e.g., CT, MRI) and audiometry results to guide treatment planning.
- Collaborate with other medical specialists (e.g., neurologists, oncologists, speech therapists) to develop multidisciplinary care plans.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up consultations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with emerging trends, technologies,



and evidence-based practices in otolaryngology through continuous professional development.
- Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and on-call rotations as needed.

Requirements

- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Otorhinolaryngology (DLO, DNB, or equivalent).
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
- Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in a hospital or specialty clinic setting.
- Proficiency in ENT diagnostic and surgical techniques, including endoscopic and microsurgical procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and families.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical workplace.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital information management tools.
