Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies, streamline workflows, and improve the development lifecycle.

Innovation: Encourage the adoption of recent tools, technologies,



and frameworks to enhance product development and performance.

Required Qualification ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

● 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years of experience leading engineering teams in a product-based IT company.

● Expertise in building and scaling SaaS or other IT products.

● Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural frameworks.

● Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.

● Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.

● Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
