About the Role:
We’re seeking a Creative Designer to own and drive the visual communication strategy for in-app ad campaigns, marketing collaterals, and innovation projects across the Paytm Ads ecosystem.
As the Creative Design Lead,



you'll manage end-to-end design responsibilities from stakeholder communication and creative strategy to hands-on design execution and team management. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with business, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-impact, performance-oriented creatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Execution
Lead the design development for in-app ad creatives, banners, videos, and marketing campaigns. Translate briefs into strong visual concepts aligned with brand and campaign goals.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Manage and mentor a team of junior designers, providing feedback and quality control. Liaise with internal stakeholders, category teams, account managers, and product owners to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
Cross-Platform Visual Communication
Design marketing collaterals including case studies, sales decks, social media creatives, and video assets. Work on campaigns tailored for
