About the vacancy
We’ll be
expanding to a current region, Asia. To support that initiative, we are looking to
recruit a Project Manager specifically for our first project in that region,
the NewCold cold storage warehouse project in Gujarat.
The Project Manager
is the link between a new worksite,



the headquarters, contractors, suppliers,
and all cross functional departments. The holder of this position is working
closely with disciplines and team members in order to facilitate the project
going all the way from the ‘preparation and brief’- stage to the warehouse
being operational. In this role, he/she makes sure that the project gets delivered
on time, within budget and in scope. While managing the project, the Project Manager
ensures that Health & Safety protocols are embedded from the beginning in the
project scope and executed on site. As NewCold currently starts building its
Asian Development Organization, the Project Manager will - on a temporarily
base - report to the VP Construction EU.
