Job Summary
- At least 13-16 years of professional experience in the Analytics and consulting environment
- Good knowledge in data and Analytics. Health care/pharma domain understanding would be an added advantage.
- Experience in building ETL / data warehouse transformation processes.
- Strong knowledge of Data Management principles
- Good understanding of Databricks Data & AI platform and Databricks Delta Lake Architecture
- Strong understanding of Data Analytics, Data Engineering & Cloud(Azure) capabilities
- Leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Exposure to DS/AI/ML would be added advantage.
- Well versed with Scrum/Agile methodologies, Strategy, Pre-Sales
- Effective and productive business planning skills
- Ability to influence and mobilize colleagues without direct reporting relationships.
- Grow and manage large teams with diverse skillsets.
