Software Testing and Test Automation.
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing and Test Automation to drive quality engineering initiatives across functional, automation, and performance testing domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable test automation frameworks, designing performance testing strategies, and ensuring applications meet quality, reliability, scalability, and availability requirements.
This role requires strong technical expertise in test automation, performance engineering, CI/CD integration, cloud technologies, and contemporary software architectures
Principal Responsibilities:
- Define testing strategies, objectives, and success criteria.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks for web, API, Performance, and backend applications.
- Create and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
- Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.




- Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts through automation.
- Review and enhance existing automation processes and frameworks.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution.
- Design and execute load, stress, spike, endurance, scalability, and capacity tests.
- Identify application bottlenecks across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with developers, architects, DevOps, and operations teams to improve system performance.
- Validate system scalability and reliability under expected and peak workloads.
- Establish performance baselines and monitor trends across releases.
- Support production readiness reviews and performance tuning initiatives.
