Job Purpose
- Responsible for Regional Fiber Planning, Projects and Operation functions.




- Deliver planning, project and operations KPIs as per Organization requirement
- Meet mobility & enterprise services experience expectation by implementing highest quality of workmanship and cost effective operating model

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Enhance VIL’s fiber footprint to connect mobility and enterprise services by cost effective and efficient planning & budgeting within the region.
- Responsible for annual Capex & Opex forecast and control.
- Optimal utilization of Fiber Capex to deliver best in class and scalable fiber infrastructure with resiliencies to ensure high standard network uptime.
- Developing, onboarding and Operationalization of IRU partners to deliver additional fiber requirements of VIL.
- Rollout of OWN & IRU fiber as per AOP target. Enable recent POP and NW rollout by providing new fiber pairs as per requirement.
