We are looking for General Manager/ Sr Manager FPA – IBT for our Faridabad location.
Context
- Candidate should have experience in BU wise P&L; analysis, Budgeting, forecasting, Variance analysis, month end revenue and cost provisions.
- Deep dive analysis of Project level profitability and work on action plans for improvement
- Need to have positive understanding of business operating levers and how they impact financials
- Conducting monthly and quarterly business performance reviews
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
- Proficient in MS Office applications & Advance Excel knowledge, knowing macros would be added advantage.
- MIS reports préparation on performance (Weekly and Monthly).
- Quarterly reports and decks to be prepared and circulated to the Management, Board etc.
- Preparation of consolidated budget based on the inputs received from all BUs. To analyse the inputs, consolidate all assumptions and drive to final closure.
- Providing ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders from time-to-time to Management
- Automating manual reports as required.
