Job Description:

What you’ll do:
- Lead multiple project teams (internal and outsourced) across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing,



and integration for complex products and platforms.
- Own and drive system architecture, ensuring effective design and integration of software systems across multiple platforms.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders and external development partners.
- Review system designs and project activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards, improve product quality, and reduce risk.
- Provide technical leadership and domain expertise across cross-functional and cross-organization initiatives.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies into existing and recent systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices within the team.

What you need to bring:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, with 6–10 years of experience in software development.
