Job Purpose: This role is responsible to plan and ensure the efficient,
reliable maintenance of the Switchyard and Power Transformer areas, driving strategic planning and compliance with safety and industry standards. This role will also manage resources effectively, ensuring operational excellence and sustainability to support the organization's long-term objectives.
Responsibilities
Team Lead Electrical Switchyard & Transformer
Strategic Planning:
Provide inputs for strategic and tactical planning in conjunction with peers for electrical maintenance of Switchyard, Power Transformer, and associated areas.
Lead and oversee proactive planning and execution of systems to prevent future problems and ensure effective and reliable maintenance.
Participate in cross-site knowledge sharing, conclaves, and seminars to align with industry best practices.
Maintenance Strategy and Operations:
Review and update SMPs, JSAs, and SOPs , ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
