:

Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation.

Experience: minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in configuring & creating software programming (PLC and User Interface) for pharmaceutical packaging machines as per project requirements. Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, and automation panel-related issues.

Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Review P&ID; diagrams, prepare I/O lists, and verify electrical panel wiring.

Develop PLC and HMI/SCADA programs as per process, interlocks, and alarm requirements (21 CFR Part 11 compliant).

Work with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Omron.

Configure PLC, HMI, VFDs, and instrumentation (Servo systems/Motion, vision systems, printers).

Perform testing, I/O checks, FAT/IFAT, commissioning, and provide site/remote/Site support.

Prepare documentation (FDS, manuals, validation docs) and coordinate with internal teams and customers.

Train QA teams, support testing, and share technical inputs across departments.

Knowledge or experience in Robotic systems will be an added advantage.
