We are looking for an experienced Electronics Assembly Technician to support in-house production and testing of our drone electronics. This is a hands-on role involving PCB assembly, firmware loading, and testing of STM32-based systems. You will work closely with our hardware and product team on real-world drone systems.

Responsibilities

- Assemble and rework electronic components and PCBs
- Perform precision soldering and inspection
- We outsource PCB fabrication and assembly (PCBA), so this role does not involve operating pick-and-place machines. However, you will handle soldering and rework of SMD and through-hole components when required. Some products involve assembling multiple PCBs and components into final systems in-house.
- Load firmware onto STM32-based boards
- Conduct functional testing using automated test jigs and manual setups
- Identify defects and coordinate with the engineering team
- Maintain high quality and consistency in production

Location: Coimbatore (Onsite only)

Preferred

- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore
- Ability to communicate in English and Tamil

Salary: ₹3.5L – ₹6L per annum (based on experience)

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics or related field

- 2+ years hands-on experience in electronics assembly
- Strong soldering skills (through-hole + SMD preferred)
- Experience in firmware loading / flashing
- Valuable understanding of electronic components and PCB handling
- Attention to detail and quality

Preferred

- Experience with STM32-based systems
- Experience working in product-based companies (not service only)
