Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of HT & LT, transformer yards, bus duct layout, electrical room, rising main layout, DB mounting and section details.
- Main single line diagram, lighting and raw power layouts, lightning protection layout, UPS & raw power distribution layouts.
- Preparation of fire alarm, access control, closed-circuit television, and public addressing system schematic and layout.
- Raceway and cable tray layout, earthing layouts, trench layout, general arrangement of panels,

control schematic, bill of quantities.

- Preparation of electrical, civil & mechanical drawings, isometric drawings, and digitizing drawings.
- Cable sizing, voltage drop, short circuit, fault level, load flow, breaker rating, and lux level calculations.
- Preparation of cable schedule, D.B. Schedule, and related shop drawings.
- Preparation of all services coordination drawings related to electrical services.




- Preparation of design brief report, load calculation, energy savings analysis, and all related queries /

questionnaire.

Requirements to Apply

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in electrical design within an Architectural/MEP consultancy workplace.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and electrical calculation software (e.g., Dialux, ETAP).
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, UAE building codes, and authority approval procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
