In this senior individual contributor role, you will serve as a technical authority on our Security Engineering team, driving the design of secure technology capabilities across our enterprise and product environments. A particular focus of this role is the secure adoption of artificial intelligence - including securing AI/ML pipelines, governing GenAI usage, and ensuring AI-assisted development practices meet our security standards. Success requires deep technical expertise, solid business acumen, and the ability to influence without authority across a complex, globally distributed organization.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain security architecture standards, ensuring alignment with business strategy, risk appetite, and industry standards (NIST CSF, CIS 18, Zero Trust principles).
- Develop threat models for AI/ML systems, establish guardrails for GenAI usage (including LLM-integrated applications and AI-assisted development), and evaluate AI security tooling.
- Design and govern security controls for cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including identity architecture, network segmentation, data protection, and workload security posture.
- Provide authoritative security architecture review for new products, platforms, infrastructure, and third-party integrations, delivering actionable findings and remediation guidance.
