About The Job

We are looking for an experienced Odoo CRM Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in CRM development, API integrations, and custom automation within the Odoo ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in building scalable solutions, optimizing CRM performance, and integrating Odoo with other business platforms

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle Odoo CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Customize and configure Odoo CRM to align with business processes and requirements.
- Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and user adoption.




- Design and implement integrations between Odoo CRM and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer support).
- Utilize APIs and third-party integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentation strategies within Odoo.
- Provide ongoing system improvements and support to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
- Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing data governance practices as needed.
