Overview:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for US Staffing plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of the staffing firm in the highly competitive US market. This role is instrumental in identifying current business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's presence in the staffing industry.

Required Skills:
- US Staffing experience.
- Direct client onboarding experience
- US client Appointments.
- Must reach the monthly target of 10SQL

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base
- Identifying and engaging with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research




- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
- Understanding client staffing needs and customizing solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements with top-tier talent
- Leading and managing the sales team to drive performance and achieve objectives
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities
- Participating in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's services
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
- Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
