About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern who will play a key role in client onboarding, brand audits, and relationship management within the quick commerce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, understands operational workflows, and can bridge the gap between marketing strategy and execution.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of brands, maintaining solid client relationships, and supporting growth initiatives through structured outreach and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding, Outreach & Engagement
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of brands on quick commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and timely execution of all processes.
- Conduct brand audits to identify gaps in listings, content, and overall presence, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Drive outreach and engagement through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels, while nurturing leads and building strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding support and ongoing coordination, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of client queries.
