The role focuses on seamless stakeholder collaboration with sales, logistics service centers, and transporters to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position will also emphasize improving delivery models, optimizing logistics costs, and ensuring timely delivery of orders while driving continuous process improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Logistics Operations Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the movement of goods from service centers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Establish and maintain same-day and next-day delivery models to meet business and customer needs.
- Monitor daily updates on order progress and prepare detailed order summary reports.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
2. Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary interface between sales teams, service centers, and transporters to align on logistics priorities and resolve issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the sales, logistics, and service centre teams to ensure seamless communication and priority alignment as per business requirements.
- Facilitate smooth communication and problem resolution among all stakeholders.

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop and track key logistics metrics, including on-time delivery rates, transit times, and logistics cost optimization.

- Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
