Airstriprealtech is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff, Cabin Crew, and Air Ticketing agents in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and during the flight
- Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading
- Provide in-flight services such as serving meals and beverages, and assisting with any passenger needs
- Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate records of flight schedules, passenger information, and any incidents
- Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Handle any customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in the airline industry is preferred but not required
