Senior Business Analyst - Commercial Domain

Key Responsibilities
- Own business analysis and requirements for Enterprise Commercial AI solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience, Pricing, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and CRM teams.
- Good knowledge on how Commercial teams operate, their workflows and the related tools of trade
- Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Digital Technology, Data & AI, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Lead workshops and process discovery sessions.
- Drive stakeholder adoption and change management.
- Measure KPIs and business value realization.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise digital product delivery or business analysis.
- 3+ years as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar.
- Experience in delivering Software solut
