As part of our International Law Firm Recruitment team, we are
looking for a high-energy, research-driven Research Consultant who thrives in a
fast-paced, outreach-heavy environment.
This role goes beyond traditional research. It requires active market engagement,
including candidate outreach, headhunting, and mapping international talent pools.
The Research Consultant will work closely with recruiters across the entire search
lifecycle. From strategy to execution playing a critical role in delivering successful
mandates globally.

Key Responsibilities
â Delivering high-impact Talent mapping and market across international legal markets.
â Actively identify and engage candidates through headhunting, cold calling, and
structured outreach.
â Partner with recruiters to execute search mandates for international law firms and
global clients.
â Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across geographies.
â Develop robust search strategies based on client briefs and market intelligence.
â Conduct detailed market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent landscaping.




â Prepare search updates, talent reports, and market insights for internal and client
use.
â Contribute to the teamâs knowledge base on global legal markets, hiring trends, and
talent movement.
â Identify recent business opportunities through market research and talent insights.
â Continuously experiment with innovative sourcing and research techniques to uncover
passive talent.

Requirement
âStrong written and spoken English ability.
â Strong background in active candidate outreach, including calling, headhunting, team
mapping, and cold calling.
â High level of confidence and persistence on calls; comfortable engaging senior
professionals across geographies.
â Exposure to international recruitment is highly preferred, especially with international
law firms or global markets.
â Candidates from international sales or business development backgrounds are also
encouraged, given their comfort with outreach and ta
